Midnight Lunar Market has been allowing those who can’t do the market until midnight an opportunity to still be involved in 2024. Welcoming the addition of a 2nd room this year; Carte Blanche - this room is located first in the building, only half way up the stairs through a door to the right. This room will be open from 5pm-9pm . This time slot maximises on the busiest hours of the market.
The markets vendors are often chosen a month or more in advance of the event.
The mailing list has grown an incredible length, with 500+ vendors but only so much space and 20-35 tables available within this venue depending on the day and other events on. Applications are put into categories and allocated a certain number of tables, a random name generator will then be used to pick. This is to ensure not too many traders are competing and you get the most out of sales. The worst part about this is having to turn down all the amazing applications who did not get chosen. Please don't be disheartened if you have not gotten a space and DO continue to apply! It is luck of the draw! ✨
At the beginning of the past 2 years, pre booking was offered for 1/3 of available tables at this location. This has closed with no more space currently available. All remaining spots available
are offered to those who have sent in an application for the coinciding market.
Those who have not secured a spot will not receive notification. All applications received for the event will remain on a wait list to be offered available spots that open if original offers are forfeited, payment is not made or vendors have to cancel their plans.
It is encouraged to use biodegradable and recycled packaging plus put all your rubbish in the appropriate bins. We believe every being deserves a beautiful space to live.
